Shipping times may vary however it should take approximately 14 business days, depending on your location

How much is shipping?

Shipping charge ranges from $5 to $15 depending on the weight of the item

How much to ship to Jamaica?

Shipping charge ranges from $5 to $15 depending on the weight of the item

Who qualifies for free shipping?

Individuals who live in the Greater Toronto Area. However you must fill out the 'Order Form' tab at the top of the screen instead of clicking the 'Buy Now Button'

What kind of clothes do you carry?
You will find a variety of semi formal, casual, business casual and business pieces

Where do you get the clothes from?
All items are pulled from the closets of Toronto's most fashionable ladies

Are all items one of a kind?

There will usually be only one of the same item

Can I request a bigger size?

Sorry to say but no. Since there is usually only one of a particular item, there will likely only be one size

What sizes do you sell?

You will find a number of different sizes ranging from small to extra large. (usually 0 - 16)

How often do you post new items?

New items are posted mainly on Saturdays. However there are a few items posted periodically throughout the week

Membership

What are the benefits of being a member?
All members will have first access to newly posted items

All members will receive email notification of newly posted items

All members will have access to the personal shopper services.
Your size and style preferences will be kept on record and items will be chosen specifically for you, at which point you will have exclusive purchasing access for 7 days. If you do not want the item or purchase it within 7 days, it will be open to others for purchasing

All members can request items that I will attempt to locate

How much does a membership cost?

The membership fee is $25 per month and is due within the first week of every month

Cancellations/ Returns 

There are no refunds. However the item can be returned for a store credit

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer

Cancellations will be honored before the item is shipped

Memberships can be cancelled within the first 7 days of the next billing cycle
